Founded by Milton Padron-Montalvo, the firm is built on a simple principle: projects succeed when engineering discipline, field experience, and clear leadership are aligned from day one.

With over a decade of experience spanning structural engineering, construction management, and preconstruction, P-M Consulting supports developers, owners, and construction teams through every phase of the project lifecycle—from early feasibility and budgeting through active construction and closeout.

Our experience includes large-scale multifamily developments, major healthcare facilities exceeding $500M in value, and high-profile public infrastructure projects, as well as urban infill residential and mixed-use developments. We bring the same level of rigor and accountability to every project, regardless of size.
